Non-returnable

Due to the nature of our products they cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.You can always contact us SUBJECT LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE at ask@drflavaspices.com if you have any other questions or use our online chat.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any product damaged by the carrier,  please file a claim with USPS, most mail is sent Priority or UPS, which is tracked and insured.

Order Cancellations/Refund: We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders if the current items purchased are no longer available and if there is suspicion of online fraud based on analyzation via our shopify store. As a small business we value you patronizing; however, it harms our business when unlawful people utilize fraudulent practices, we thank you for understanding. 

Shipping Policy

Most/Majority of orders are  shipped by USPS via Priority Mail which includes up to $100 in insurance and tracking that is made available to you by email. We also utilize USPS which is also tracked and insured up to $200. Please verify upon purchase that you have inputted the correct address you would like your item(s)shipped; since we do not manipulate any data once received. If for any reason your item states received/delivered and you are not in possession of the item please follow the steps below.

1. Verify you have provided the correct address by referring back to your online invoice receipt

2. Inquire the address you provided is the same as the one we shipped via your tracking email confirmation

3. Finally contact USPS/UPS to file a claim online since the product is insured, please follow up with our team ask@drflavaspices.com SUBJECT LINE shipping claim.

Incorrect Address: We know you are very excited to try our spices, please be sure TO INPUT THE CORRECT MAILING ADDRESS. We do not manipulate addresses, and orders are sent to the one you indicated when placing the order. Unfortunately, if you submit the incorrect address, you/ the customer is responsible for replacing the item or the reshipping of the item if it happens to returned to sender. Insurance only will support orders lost or stolen not errors in addresses. Thank you so very much.
